RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please to CONTACT US to ensure the item has not yet dispatched. Let us know your name, address details and order number to cancel your order.
If you order any item(s) online, you are entitled to a Cooling Off Period after dispatch within which you can return your item(s) for a full refund without any penalty. Our Cooling Off Period is 28 days. If you wish to return any purchased item(s) then you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.
If you would like to return your order for a full refund or exchange your item, please CONTACT US and we will make suitable arrangements. Goods must be returned in their original conditions, including our branded tin packaging and guarantees within the cooling off period.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download, we generally offer NO REFUND.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests if only must be made within 28 days of your original purchase.
Please keep in mind all that all licenses sold by TETITEI are valid for 1 unique PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.
Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company, hence refunds will not be provided for compatibility issue of the software.
Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on customer’s choice. Defective codes can only be proven by us with an output from Microsoft PID Checker.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
